Biography
Castrenza di Miceli is born and baptized on 11 October 1826, named after her paternal grandmother. She is the daughter of Giuseppe di Miceli and Oliva Ligotino. Her godparents are Bernardo and Bernarda lo Bue, a married couple.
Castrenza marries Lorenzo Caputo, son of the late Bernardo Caputo and living Biagia Vintaloro, on 27 October 1844. Her parents are both living at this time.
Castrenza's father, Giuseppe, dies at age 50 (b. 1797) on 24 March 1847.
Her mother, Oliva, dies at age 68 (b. 1800) on 3 October 1868.
Castrenza dies, reportedly at age 40 (she is 46), on 1 July 1873. She is survived by her husband, Lorenzo.
Her younger sister, Vincenza, dies at age 40 also in July, in 1887.
